    After completing this course, you will have comprehensive understanding of leadership and management. The purpose is to provoke interest towards leadership and management studies and leadership work.

    Planned learning activities, teaching methods and guidance

    The student learns the development of management and leadership and the basic concepts of it.
    The student learns the current contents of leadership and is able to set their own leadership skills and motivation. The student understands the importance of leadership.
    The course includes individual assigments, group assigments and group discussions.
