Objective

The object of the course
Well-being at work is a key success factor for companies and organisations. Knowledge of the basics and logic of well-being at work is an indispensable part of leadership and managerial work and HR competence. An organisation capable of fostering the well-being at work of its personnel will attract the best talents and succeeds.

The learning objectives of the course
You recognise the different areas of the management of well-being at work, their significance for the company’s productivity and the key development methods. You understand the significance of occupational health and safety and also have an understanding of the operating models that support them. You know the legislation related to occupational safety and health and its requirements for human resources planning. You recognise the roles required by occupational safety and health. You recognise the factors contributing to a safe and healthy workplace.

Your reporting is consistent, but exhibits minor shortcomings with regard to language and reporting instructions. Interaction in the group requires development. Working within the given timetables requires further development.

Location and time

Opintojakso sisältää kolme webinaaria. Opintojakson aloituswebinaari ke 27.1. klo 17-18, ohjauswebinaari ke 24.2. klo 17-18 ja viimeinen webinaari ke 24.3. klo 17-18.30.
Opintojakson yksilötehtävien palautus on 28.4.

Opintojakson aikana saa ohjausta seuraavasti:
Webinaareissa johdatus aiheeseen.
Ryhmätyön ohjausta webinaareissa tai ohjauspalstalla.
Oman osaamisen arviointi ja vertaispalaute ryhmätyöskentelystä.
Palaute ryhmätyöstä kirjallisena.
Ohjausta henkilökohtaisten tehtävien tekemiseen sekä webinaareissa että ohjauspalstan kautta.
Palaute yksilötehtävästä kirjallisena.

Opintojakson arvosana muodostuu ryhmä- ja yksilötehtävien perusteella.

Exam schedules

Ryhmätyön palautus on 2 kuukautta opintojakson alkamisesta.
Ensimmäisen henkilökohtaisen tehtävän palautus on kuukauden kuluessa opintojakson alkamisesta.
Toisen henkilökohtaisen tehtävän palautus on kolmen kuukauden kuluessa opintojakson alkamisesta.
Kolmannen henkilökohtaisen tehtävän palautus on kolmen kuukauden kuluessa opintojakson alkamisesta.
Yksilötehtävien uusintamahdollisuudet 3,5 kk opintojakson alkamisesta.

Ryhmätyön ja vertaisarvioinnin tekeminen 35 h
Vuorovaikutteiset webinaarit 3*2 h = 6 h
Itsenäisten tehtävien tekeminen 94 h

Content scheduling

Opintojaksolla tehdään itsenäisiä tehtäviä, joihin kuuluu mm. kirjallisuuteen perehtymistä ja oppimistehtävien kirjoittamista. Ryhmätyössä perehdytään kirjallisuuteen ja muuhun opintojakson aineistoon, tehdään ryhmätyö ja esitetään se.

Oman osaamisen arviointi ryhmätyöhön ja itsenäisiin tehtäviin liittyen.
Ryhmän vertaisarviointi ryhmätyöskentelyyn liittyen.

Osaamisen arviointi, palaute ja opintojakson arvosana ryhmätyöhön sekä itsenäisiin tehtäviin perustuen.
