Objectives

Self-leadership is one of the key skills in university studies and also in working life. In this course, you will learn to evaluate, plan, and manage your own daily life and studies. The course provides you with tools and practices that create a basis for purposeful activities and improve your well-being.

Content scheduling

The coursework realizes through theme based work, where the personal plan of a student is built along the course based on theme based assignments.

Returning written assignments according to instructions in a given time frame

Assessment of the content of your personal plan (minimum criteria for pass):
Your plan demonstrates, that you can use theories and tools related to self-leadership. You can set justified targets for your studies, work and personal life.
You can utilize theories for strengthening self-knowledge and self-esteem. You can analyze physical, mental, spiritual, social and professional wellbeing in your own life. You are capable of planning and prioritizing your time management, you can identify stress factors and ways for recovery. You can set goals for your personal development.
