Objective

You understand the concepts and phenomena of congress and meeting industry. You know congress and meeting tourism actors and key services both nationally and internationally. You are able to describe critical success factors related to the meeting process and apply them in practice in the implementation of high-quality meeting services.

Internationalisation aspect is accommodated to this implementation using also international examples and material of Congress and meeting management.
