Objectives
Purpose of the course
In this unit, you will learn how to apply theories of nursing assistance in a simulation environment.

Trained in clinical nursing techniques with asepsis and ergonomics.
You can meet the basic needs of the patient through nursing.
Familiarize yourself with the patient's professional encounter.
Content
Aseptic working methods in Nursing (Fundamentals of Infection Control, Hand Hygiene and Aseptic Procedure)
Ergonomic patient handling techniques (including use of assistive technology)
Identifying and meeting hygiene need sand enabling independent patient performance (assisting the patient in washing)
Measuring and monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, breathing, heat, pain and consciousness)
Taking care of voiding and elimination (intermittent and indwelling catheters ,bowel elimination)
Taking care of nutrition (assisting with meals, setting up a nutrition tube)
Basic laboratory samples (hemoglobin, blood sugar, urine, throat swab)
Injections and drug therapy (sc. And im.)
