    Purpose of the course
    The purpose of the course is to increase student's understanding of the theoretical basis of multidisciplinary rehabilitation.

    As a student you are capable of: considering rehabilitation as a multi-disciplinary societal phenomenon and proactively anticipate national and international changes related to rehabilitation; You form a structured conception of the significance of the rehabilitation service system and the legislation that regulates rehabilitation. You know and are able to apply the theories, conceptual systems and models of rehabilitation, as well as relying on research-based information in your actions.

    The student is familiar with the knowledge base of rehabilitation and utilises it to a certain extent in development work. The student is capable of naming key theories and concepts of rehabilitation and assessing rehabilitation operations based on them.

    Satisfactory 2
    The student is capable of analysing the knowledge base of rehabilitation and utilises research-based information in development work. The student is capable of naming key theories and concepts of rehabilitation and assessing rehabilitation operations based on them from the points of view of an individual, community and society.
    Assessment criteria - grade 3 and 4
    Good 3
    The student is capable of analysing the knowledge base of rehabilitation and utilises research-based information in development work, proactively anticipating the future. The student is capable of applying key theories and concepts of rehabilitation and assessing rehabilitation operations based on them from the points of view of an individual, community and society.

    The student is capable of critically analysing the knowledge base of rehabilitation and utilises research-based information in development work, proactively anticipating the future and creating something new. The student is capable of extensively applying key theories and concepts of rehabilitation and assessing rehabilitation operations based on them from the points of view of an individual, community and society.

    The student is capable of critically analysing the knowledge base of rehabilitation and utilises a diverse range of evidence-based information in development work, proactively anticipating the future and creating something new. The student is capable of comprehensively applying key theories and concepts of rehabilitation and is able to assess rehabilitation operations based on them from the points of view of an individual, community and society.
