    Learning outcomes of the course
    The purpose of the course is that you master participatory developinginterventions of the multi-disciplinary rehabilitation and you are able to utilize competence in your own work.

    Learning Objective:

    - You are capable of planning, implementing and assessing
    the client consultations and coaching process of multi-disciplinary rehabilitation;
    -You master the principles of network consultation and networking and is able to apply them in consultations with the client;
    - You master the principles of partnership work and is able to construct working life-oriented development processes.

    The student understands and she/he is able to substantiate a consultative/coaching approach by theory and variedly in her/his or her own work approach. The student masters the basic principles of process and substance consultation, practice-oriented development work and innovation.

    Excellent 5
    The student through peer sparring and written proficiency tests, shown that she/he have mastered the basics of process and substance consultation and innovation activities, and she/he is able to flexibly apply this competence in various kinds of multi-disciplinary rehabilitation settings.

    The student is unable to complete the course assignments and has not sufficiently attended classroom teaching.
