The object of the course is that you understand the significance of supervisory work as a success factor for organizations and are able to develop supervisory work.

You acquire knowledge related to supervisory work and recognize different kinds of theories and methods. You are able to comprehensively identify the areas of supervisory work from different perspectives and understand the impact of supervisory work on the work community. You understand the effect of supervisory work on work performance and well-being at work. You are able to describe your view of human and your supervisor style.

Deadline for returning the individual essay is on 06.05.2022.

First renewal possibility for failed (grade 0) individual essay will be on 20.05.2022.
Second renewal possibility for failed (grade 0) individual essay will be on 03.06.2022.
It will be not possible to renew the passed assignments.

Assessment will be based on self-evaluation, peer evaluation and teacher's assessment.

The course will be assessed on the scale 0-5. To pass the course all the following activities have to be completed and approved:
The orientation assignment: Pass/Fail
The mindmap assignment: Pass/Fail
The group work I: areas of supervisory work: Pass/Fail
The group work II: everyday life of the supervisor: 0-5 (50 % of the total course grade)
The individual essay: 0-5 (50 % of the total course grade)

Adequate 1
You acquire knowledge related to supervisory work and recognize different kinds of theories and methods. You are able to comprehensively identify areas of supervisory work from different perspectives and understand the impact of supervisory work on the work community. You understand the effect of supervisory work on work performance and well-being at work. You are able to describe your view of human and your supervisor style. You are capable of creating illustrative documents related to the contents of the course.

Satisfactory 2
You are able to present knowledge related to supervisory work as well as different kinds of theories and methods. You are able to comprehensively identify areas of supervisory work from different perspectives and understand the impact of supervisory work on the work community. You understand the effect of supervisory work on work performance and well-being at work. You are able to describe your view of human and your supervisor style. You are able to utilize theories to prepare illustrative and consistent documents.
