Objective
This course is ideally suited for students intending to expand their creative talent competence in international business environments (specially in global innovation and product/service revitalization areas). However, the creative tools learned in the course can be applied in any field.
The first part of the course will focus on developing students powerful creative engine. Solid conceptual frameworks will guide the discovery and growth of participants own creative processes. These concepts will be accompanied by 'creative-flow based' experiential assignments. Students will learn to identify their creative intelligence, build their own creative talent, and to activate high productivity states, that will have a powerful impact in their professional growth.
The second part of the course will vigorously incorporate the creative potential into the professional leadership context. Participants will learn to lead high-performing creative teams, to convert creative initiatives into practical innovations, to manage team transformations and renewal, and to apply creative tools for revitalizing products and services.
This course is ideal for participants that aim to work in professions and industries that require continuous innovation, renewal and adaptations. It will be delivered in a very inspiring, self-developing and enriching format.

The course follows face-to-face learning methods where students participate in lectures, workshops, and other study activities organized in the classroom. Furthermore, a student also completes individual assignments utilizing virtual study platforms and materials

Intellectual Skills: The student is able to somehow interpret dynamic creativity management issues and address rudimentary challenges. The student is able to support his/her argumentation using academic literature at a basic level.
Satisfactory (2) Knowledge and Understanding: The student demonstrates acceptable conceptual knowledge. The central course frameworks have been generally understood. The student demonstrates sufficient command of the Dynamic Creativity Management field.
Intellectual Skills: The student is able to interpret dynamic creativity management issues at a superficial level. The student possesses limited analytical skills, assessing uncomplicated challenges, and incorporating limited perspectives. The student reviews relevant academic literature satisfactorily.
