Objective

In this course, you will become acquainted with the planning of evidence-based activities so that you can develop functions and create new high-quality ways of working in your area of ​​expertise, utilizing evidence-based knowledge.

You know how to acquire, evaluate, process and produce information critically. You take responsibility for purposeful community learning and knowledge sharing. You can analyze the prevailing practices and make plans to implement evidence-based knowledge into practice. You develop activities based on evidence and anticipating changes in working environment. You have an ability to apply the principles of good scientific practice in your activities.

Recognizes development challenges and phenomena arising from working life and knows what evidence-based practice is his/her own area of ​​expertise. Describes the barriers and factors contributing to the implementation of evidence-based practice in his/her work community. Uses the communication and language skills required in working life in reporting and presenting course performance and using foreign language material as sources.

Systematically retrieves evidence-based information from databases and reads international scientific articles. Critically examines research data.
