Objectives
The Dreams+Inspiration! course is about being inspired about employing oneself. The course features analysis of the student’s professional dreams and being inspired by the possibility of creating a job for oneself in constantly changing working life,

The themes of the classroom sessions include paths to professional dreams, searching for one’s own path, the changing working life and the right attitude to working life.
Content
The Dreams+Inspiration! course is about being inspired about employing oneself. The course features analysis of the student’s professional dreams and being inspired by the possibility of creating a job for oneself in constantly changing working life, where the only professions are predicted to be entrepreneur and expert.
Time and location
Classroom teaching 20 h (2h + 2 x 7h + 4h) and independent group work in the students’ own time 61 h, total 81 h.
Learning materials and recommended literature
The course material is mainly compiled from online materials on the basis of instructions from the instructors.
Teaching methods
Participation in the four (4) classroom sessions (one can be missed for a justified reason) and learning tasks completed in multidisciplinary groups: 1. A video interview of an inspiring person who employs himself/herself and 2. A commentary on a topical issue connected to entrepreneurship or finding employment. Detailed instructions for the tasks will be provided at the beginning of the course.
The students’ own work is at the core of the course. The learning takes place in multidisciplinary groups, working on practical learning tasks connected to entrepreneurship and creating one’s own job. The camp days will feature a diverse range of guest speakers: entrepreneurs and people who have created their own jobs, with whom the students will get to talk and work.
