Purpose of the course
In this course you will learn the basics of vaccination competence.

After completing this course, you understand the importance of vaccination and the ethical principles of the individual, the community and society.
You understand the importance of vaccination worldwide as a health-promoting activity.
You will have the capacity for evidence-based guidance and counseling on vaccinations.
You are be familiar with the vaccine preventable diseases, the national vaccination program and the adverse effects of vaccinations.
You can aseptically and safely vaccinate under supervision

The course is conducted in Moodle and is part of a nationwide training program.

Vaccination e-learning 2 ECTS, including webinar 3 hours, independent learning 47hours, one skill lab of 2hours and one contact lesson 2hours. = Total 54hours
