During this course, you will study the basic concepts of economics and are able to identify topical phenomena in micro and macroeconomics. You are familiar with the most important basic concepts of economics, know how the economic system works and understand the most important interdependencies of the national economy. You recognise topical economic phenomena.
Content
During the course, the basics of micro and macroeconomics and topical economic phenomena will be discussed.
During the course will be discuss next issues: basic concepts of economics, marginal concepts, demand and supply curves, elasticity, different market situations, national accounts, economic growth and business cycle, employment and changes of the prices, financial market and monetary policy

Exam schedules
Exam will be held on week 48. Two resit examinations will be held according to Degree Regulations and the dates will be confirmed during the course.
