Objective

Purpose of the course

After studying this course unit, you will be able to measure in practical conditions the quantities that are relevant to agricultural production processes and to identify disruptions that occur in these measurement situations. You will also be able to utilize new technological solutions and the possibilities of spatial data applications in energy and environmental measurements related to the growth and utilization of biomasses.

Competencies of the course

Agricultural competence, Technology competence, Energy competence

Study objective of the course

After studying this course, you will know how to measure the properties that affect biomass-growth and aerobic and anaerobic degradation of biomasses. You know how to measure changes in water and soil properties as a result of biomass-growing. You know how to measure the energy consumption of biomass-producing and processing and the energy production capacity of renewable energy sources.
