Opetusmenetelmät

Opintojakso toteutetaan lähiopetuksena. Toteutuksessa käytetyt opetus- ja oppimismenetelmät:
* Ryhmäkeskustelut
* Itsenäinen opiskelu
* Luennot ja työpajat
* Reflektiiviset tentit jokaisen teeman jälkeen

Harjoittelu- ja työelämäyhteistyö

Opintojakso sisältää vierailevia asiantuntijoita, jotka tukevat opiskelijan osaamista strategisen johtamisen ajankohtaisista teemoista.

Kansainvälisyys

Kansainvälistymisnäkökulmaa sovelletaan tähän toteutukseen käyttämällä kansainvälisiä esimerkkejä ja materiaalia strategisen johtamisen ajankohtaisista aiheista.

Toteutuksen valinnaiset suoritustavat

Sinulla on oikeus hakea opintojesi hyväksilukemista, jos sinulla on aiemmin hankittua osaamista (esim. muualla suoritettuja yliopisto-opintoja), joka voidaan hyväksilukea parhaillaan suorittamaasi tutkintoon.

Aiemmin hankitun osaamisen tunnustaminen on mahdollista kolmella ensisijaisella tavalla: hyväksilukeminen (korvaaminen tai sisällyttäminen), informaalin oppimisen tunnustaminen ja opiskelu. Tarkemmat tiedot: Jamkin tutkintosääntö 17 §.

Opiskelijan ajankäyttö ja kuormitus

Itsenäinen opiskelu ja reflektoivat välitentit 70 tuntia
Ryhmäkeskustelut 30 tuntia
Luennot ja työpajat 35 tuntia

Arviointikriteerit, tyydyttävä (1)

The general criteria of the competences that the Bachelor's Degrees awarded by Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences provide can be found on JAMK's web pages. The learning outcomes of individual courses are assessed in relation to the objectives of the course concerned. Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, level 6.

Assessment methods are based on learning objectives.

Unless otherwise defined in the curriculum, a course accepted as completed is assessed on the following five-step scale:


2 (Satisfactory) The student understands different current perspectives in strategic management. The student can explain the meaning of ethicality, diversity and responsibility in strategic management. The student applies practical solutions in responsibility communications into practice.

1 (Sufficient) The student identifies different current perspectives in strategic management. The student understands the meaning of ethicality, diversity and responsibility in strategic management. The student applies practical solutions in responsibility communications into practice.

If the student does not meet the minimum criteria set for the course, the grade is 0 (Fail).

Arviointikriteerit, hyvä (3)

4 (Very Good) The student can current perspectives in strategic management. The student evaluates the meaning of ethicality, diversity and responsibility in strategic management. The student applies practical solutions in responsibility communications into practice and is able to analyze and compare chosen solutions.

3 (Good) The student can explain different current perspectives in strategic management. The student demonstrates the meaning of ethicality, diversity and responsibility in strategic management. The student applies practical solutions in responsibility communications into practice and is able to analyze the solutions.

Arviointikriteerit, kiitettävä (5)

5 (Excellent) The student can criticize current perspectives in strategic management. The student evaluates the meaning of ethicality, diversity and responsibility in strategic management. The student applies practical solutions in responsibility communications into practice and is able to analyze and compare chosen solutions. The student creates new practical solutions in responsibility communications.
