Objectives
The "Managing Professional Success Project" is based on Finland MOOC courses. Students are required to prepare a reflection diary on Finland MOOC courses. The course aims to develop the following COMPETENCES!
Learning to learn
You develop critical and analytical mindset that helps you to study and review existing knowledge in the light of relevant learning resources and learning methods; you to acquire new knowledge; and develops your intellectual capabilities to seek conclusions and draw inferences in various contexts.
To achieve this competence, you will:
_ learn to develop analytical skills to assess the market conditions under your project research questions
_ learn to work independently with focusing on apply required research methods
_ carefully understand the instructions based on the tasks

The project timeline could be agreed with course instructor, the valid time period for the compeltion of the project is 26.08.2024-18.05.2025.

The project is based on 5 ECTS.
One ECTS corresponds to an average of 27 hours of work, which means that the load of 5 ECTS approximately 135 hours.
The work can be divided based on the tasks involved in the project.
