Objective

Purpose of the course
The purpose of the course is to learn to understand what organizational resilience means and how it is possible to developed.

Course learning objectives
You are able to evaluate and analyze the resilience of organization by applying essential theoretical knowledge. You present development methods suitable for the organization. You utilize international research articles in the development assignment. You define key concepts related to subject-specific expertise in relation to each other. You evaluate the development of your own skills in a critical, holistic and diverse way. You report convincingly, presenting a clear logically advancing whole. You demonstrate reflection in your discussion. You write an argumentative and error-free formal style. You will participate in a webinar sharing your learning.
