Objective

Objectives:
To understand the role, importance and scope of the team leader in self- and community-driven work communities.
You will learn how to recognise and use team building and interaction, and how to articulate the meaningfulness of work as part of a team's productive activities.
You will master participative management and leadership tools for work community development and problem solving.

Trust, job meaning and team building (2 credits): learn how building trust and emphasising job meaning can improve your team's performance and cohesion.

You are writing an argumentative factual style. You follow Jamk's reporting guidelines. You participate in joint online meetings where you share what you have learned with others.
Fail
