Objective

The purpose of the course is to explore innovative and evidence-based pedagogical approaches in nursing education, equipping you with the skills and strategies needed to foster meaningful learning in diverse and dynamic healthcare environments. Emphasizing learner-centered design, digital integration, and interprofessional collaboration, the course critically examines contemporary theories, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices that shape the future of nursing education.

By the end of the course, you understand learner-centered and competency-based education models. You can integrate simulation, digital tools, and virtual learning platforms to nursing education. You understand the strategies for inclusive and culturally responsive teaching. You master reflective practice and transformative learning. The assessment and feedback methods tailored to clinical and academic settings are familiar to you.
