Objective
Basics for proper property management! The course teaches the key areas of property management, provides tools for identifying the need for responsible renovation, and develops a strategic real estate mindset. The participant learns to make responsible choices about renovation needs, taking the life cycle into account. Individual topic areas include KiinteistöRYL, KH card list, the procurement process for property services and management, and the controlled planning of renovation.
Content
Key areas of property management, implementing a sustainable property strategy and tools for identifying the need for responsible renovation. Fundamentals of the real estate industry, property management tasks and quality concepts, key plans related to property management, organizing property management and determining management costs, offers and contracts related to property management and property management.
Teaching methods
Opintojaksolla on kaksi webinaaria Zoom-verkkoympäristössä erillisen suunnitelman mukaisesti.
Webinaarien lisäksi toteutuksella tehdään oppimistehtäviä.
