Objective
The student knows how to carry out a development project that benefits working life, his own field or professional competence responsibly and in cooperation with others. He knows how to communicate the different phases of his work clearly to his supervisor and the necessary stakeholders.
The development project can also be related to starting your own business.
Content
The student does a working life project related to Finnish working life. If the student is not working, he tries to find a connection with a company or community where it is possible to do a project-based development task and this promotes the student's employment.
The topic of the work life project is not limited and it can also be related to starting your own business. The purpose is that the student gets in some form contact with Finnish working life and the activities of companies or communities.
The end result of the working life project is defined in the project plan made at the beginning of the project. The project's steering group includes a supervisor appointed by Jamk and a representative(s) of the company/community.
