Objective
After completing the course, you will be able to express yourself with your main instrument in a natural, high-quality and stylistic way, taking into account the level-specific requirements of the instrument. You recognise the level of your instrument skills and the importance of its continuous maintenance and development, as well as your own readiness for continuously learn with your main instrument. In cooperation with your teacher, you find repertoire appropriate to your technical level and suitable for your development and set appropriate goals for your instrument skills. You understand the importance of the right training methods in terms of your development, and you train appropriately under the guidance of your teacher. You know how to practice prima vista skills with appropriate exercises for the development of your instrument skills.
You know how to organise and distribute live streaming on a streaming channel. You are able to record, edit and share audio and video with a mobile recorder. You know how to use and utilise accompaniment and transcription applications to support your instrumental studies. If needed, you know how to assemble the appropriate PA system and use it. You understand the importance of ergonomics and hearing care. You will be able to plan, organise and market a concert that meets the requirements of the level.
Content
In the course, you will study the technical skills of your main instrument, knowledge of musical periods and genres as well as repertoire, music reading and prima vista skills, musical creativity and interpretation, performance, and digital skills.

Sufficient 1:
You have sufficient control over the most important technical basics of your main instrument. Sound quality, tonal purity, and control of rhythm and tempo are largely deficient. Your playing is musically modest, there is a lot to develop in style and overall expression. The will to interpret and the characters of the music do not convey. You have weak sheet music reading and prima vista skills. You know how to adequately assess your skills, and you have poor ability to continuously learn your main instrument. The knowledge and skills related to the course are poorly controlled by you. You take little responsibility for your learning and self-development. You will sufficiently survive the execution of your concert.
Satisfactory 2:
You have satisfactory control of the main technical basics of your main instrument. Sound quality, tonal purity, and control of rhythm and tempo are deficient in many places. Your playing is musically correct, but there is still a lot to develop in terms of style, overall expression and interpretation. The characters of the music are not fully conveyed. You have satisfactory sheet music reading and prima vista skills. You will be able to evaluate your skills satisfactorily and you will have a reasonable capacity for continuous learning of your main instrument. You have some control over the knowledge and skills related to the course. You take quite a bit of responsibility for your learning and self-development. You will satisfactorily cope with the execution of your concert.

Good 3:
You have a good command of the most important technical basics of your main instrument. The sound quality, the purity of the tones and the control of the rhythm and tempo are pretty well controlled. Your playing shows musicality, striving for good handling of rhythm and tempo, and interpretation in style. There is still room for improvement in the overall expression. The characters of the music are conveyed. You have good sheet music reading and prima vista skills. In your work, you can see work-oriented and professional purposefulness. You know how to evaluate your skills well, and you have good capabilities to continuously learn your main instrument. You have good control over the knowledge and skills related to the course. You take responsibility for your learning and self-development. You know how to plan, organise and market your concert.

You are adept at mastering the most important technical basics of your main instrument. Sound quality, tonal purity, and rhythm and tempo control are well controlled. Your playing shows musicality, good handling of rhythm and tempo, and a stylish interpretation. The characters of the songs convey admirably. You have excellent sheet music reading and prima vista skills. Your work is work-oriented and convincingly professionally goal-oriented. You know how to evaluate your skills well, and you have an excellent ability to learn your main instrument continuously. The knowledge and skills related to the course are in excellent control. You take responsibility for your learning and self-development exemplarily. You can independently plan, organise and market your concert.
