Objective
Upon completion of the course you understand the basic concept and logic of Artificial Intelligence and master the key vocabulary related to the subject. You are also able to understand the limitations of the current stage of development of Artificial Intelligence. You understand the practical (existing and potential) applications of AI and implications of them to business processes.
Competences:
Learning to learn: You develop a critical and analytical mindset that helps you to study and review existing knowledge in the light of relevant learning resources and learning methods; you learn to acquire new knowledge; and develop your intellectual capabilities to seek conclusions and draw inferences in various contexts.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed
There is no numerical grade but for a Pass grade the number of exercises completed and their correctness is tracked. For getting the certificate and a Pass grade, you need to complete at least 90% of the exercises and get 50% of the exercises right.
Go to https://www.elementsofai.com/. Complete the course at your own pace. Submit the certificate to the Moodle workspace "IB general", Return Box of "AI MOOC Certficates" etc. (enrolment key: ibgeneral).

Assessment Pass/Fail. Passing requirement: The % of exercises completed multiplied by the % of correct answers, minimum 45 %.. Forf example: 70 % of the exercises completed, 70 % correct = 70 % x 70 % = 49 % = Pass.
