Interpretation of financial statements using key figures that describe profitability, liquidity, and solvency Application of contribution margin thinking to pricing and cost management for profitable business operations Preparation and monitoring of budgets as part of the company’s planning and monitoring system The following common competencies of the Rectors’ Conference of Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences (Arene) will develop during the course:

Teaching methods

Opintojakso opiskellaan kokonaan verkko-opintoina oppimateriaalia ja Moodlen sisältöjä hyödyntäen. Opiskelija etsii lisäksi aiheeseen liittyvää tietoa itse ja arvioi löytämänsä tiedon luotettavuuden ja relevanttiuden. Oppimisen tukemiseen järjestetään tarvelähtöisiä ohjausistuntoja, joissa on mahdollisuus esittää kysymyksiä ja selvittää asioita. Opintojakson suorittamisen edellytyksenä on, että opiskelija on suorittanut tentit ja oppimistehtävät.
