Objective
Upon successful completion of the course, the student - knows and understands what effective intercultural competence contains - knows how to communicate professionally and insightfully with people representing different backgrounds and cultures - knows how to negotiate politely and productively with parties representing various backgrounds. - has confident presentation skills for international purposes
Methods of completion
Online workshops, individual and team assignments and a reflective report. RPL to be agreed with the Lecturer prior to the starting date of the course.
