All tasks must be completed successfully. In tasks 1–2, the grade is between 1 and 5. The overall grade is determined by the average of the numerically assessed performances, on a scale of 1 to 5.

Objective
The purpose of the study module is to strengthen the student’s competence in matters related to career stages, fluctuations in work ability, and the support of work ability. Furthermore, the aim is to deepen knowledge of work tailoring methods that can be used to promote the work ability and work engagement of employees of different ages. Upon completion of the course module, the student will recognise the needs of employees of different ages and the importance of career flexibility. The student will understand the factors affecting work ability and will be able to apply this knowledge to support and enhance the work ability and work engagement of employees of different ages.

Location and time
No time-bound lectures; the entire course is completed as an online study.
Materials
All course materials and literature are available in Moodle, which will open at the beginning of the implementation.
Teaching methods
A course implemented entirely online, according to one's own schedule. Studies may be started and finished at a personally convenient time. There are alternative submission dates for assignments. Please note, however, that submissions are processed and registered during the first week of each month. The implementation includes independent work and various learning materials (videos, literature, podcast, multiple-choice exam, written assignment) designed to support learning. All assignments are individual tasks. The implementation progresses according to the planned schedule, but it may also be completed entirely at one's own pace.

Exam schedules
The exam in Moodle can be completed at your own pace. The exam can be retaken three times, and a minimum of 60% correct answers is required to pass. The exam can only be retaken 24 hours after the previous attempt.
