Teaching methods

The course is intended to be part of the complementary studies of nursing students. The 5 ECTS in Emergency and Intensive Care studies takes place entirely online. The course does not include contact teaching.

Student workload

One credit corresponds to approximately 27 hours of student work. Theory studies online 5 ECTS = 135 h, but the student can influence his or her own workload, because the course can be studied at his or her own pace. The actual workload depends on the student's study skills and previous knowledge. The workload consists of lecture recordings, learning tasks and component exams.
