Objective
The student has a good knowledge of how the development of the European Union has shaped modern Europe. The student is also able to understand of applying EU Law to intra-community and in the global market.
Content
Major aspects of EU corporate and civil law coupled with close examination of actual contract and business situations in which EU law applies.
