 4 (Very Good): The student is able to manifest the command of basic concepts of organizing the work on a department and he/she recognizes the basic principles
 3 (Good): The student is able to manifest the command of basic concepts of organizing the work and he/she knows the basic principles of that.
 2 (Satisfactory): The student is able to manifest the command of basic concepts of organizing the work 
 1 (Sufficient): The student is able to manifest the command of the most essential basic concepts of organizing the work
