Objective
The students know the basics of business management and leadership, the production output related to the goods production in a company, different production methods and their constituents, their suitability in different situations and also the strategic development process and in the service production the nature of the services, service strategies, their development process and basics of the service production management.
Content
Business processes, basics of the management and leadership. Production targets, production methods, their constituents and the model for developing production in an individual enterprise or network. Services, service strategy, service development, managing capacity and demand, managing waiting times, queue models and capacity planning.
