Objective

The students know the different technologies, operation and control principles of warehouses and terminals and they can calculate the operation costs and they are able to design and develop the operations of a warehouse or terminal.

Content

The main content will include:
warehouses and terminals, warehouse technologies, warehouse safety, modular approach, forklift trucks, conveyors, container handling and warehousing of dangerous goods.

The students know the basics and understand how to apply their knowledge according to the objectives. Their activity has been irregular during the instruction.

Qualifications

The students know how to find information independently and the can produce reports. They can apply mathematics in practical examples. They have the basic knowledge of business processes.
