Objective
The student is familiar with the requirements of expert tasks of his/her own field, recognizes the strengths and development challenges of his/her own expertise and draws up his/her personal learning and career plan. Student is able to, critically and future-orientedly, evaluate changes in the operating environment and services and their impacts on his/ her expertise. Student is able to continuous development of expertise, learning together and sharing the expertise in multidisciplinary networks.
Content
Expertise, professional growth and lifelong learning. Skills analysis methods and development of expertise. Personal study plan guidance. Changes in the working life and factors influencing them. Evaluating and analysing the impacts of change from the perspectives of employee skills.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
S(pass): the student is able to analyze skills requirements in his/her field in, recognizes his/her development challenges and prepares a personal study and development plan. Student is able to evaluate the development of expertise and share it in professional networks.
