Objective
Construction contracts are an important part of today’s business. By completing this course, you will learn to identify legislation, the opportunities and challenges of contracts and drafting contracts as part of a successful business. During the course, you will increase your skills as a systematic and professional contract and business developer.
Content
The main themes of the course are legislation about contracts and contract drafting, different forms of agreement in land use and construction. In this course, you will learn to identify different contract models and their applicability, possibilities and usability to achieve the set goals.
