Objective

The object of the course

Corporate governance refers to principles, practices, and processes that are used to manage and lead an organization in a manner that ensures responsible, efficient, and transparent operation for the benefit of shareholders, stakeholders, and society. After completing the course, you will understand the content, objectives, and significance of corporate governance from various perspectives. You will know how corporate governance is planned, implemented, and monitored.
