Objective

The object of the course
Company law is a legal area the knowledge of which will help you understand the operating practices of different companies and the significance of different legal forms of enterprise. You will need studies in company law especially when working as an entrepreneur and providing guidance in the setting up of a business, as well as when working in duties such as those related to corporate lending.

The students know the central theories related to this specialisation option. The students possess at least an advanced beginner’s skills in the practical tasks of the specialisation option.

You understand the differences between different legal forms and the related personal liabilities. You recognise the legal question at stake in the court case and the applicable points of law. You are familiar with the main rules and legislation related to the setting up of a company.
