You know how to plan, prepare, organize and market a concert that meets the requirements of this level. You still have a lot of shortcomings in the technical skills of your main instrument. The quality of the sound, the purity of the tones, and the control of the rhythm and tempo are in your avoidance control, and there is still much to be developed. You have poor sheet music reading skills, and you have adequate control of the instrument-specific knowledge and skills related to the course. The student's instrument teaching may be denied if other studies do not proceed as agreed with the teacher tutor / study supervisor and the head. The minimum number of credits for studies completed during the academic year must be 40 cr. Otherwise, the instrument teaching for the next academic year will be considered.

If a student has completed previous university-level instrument studies at the beginning of his or her studies, then the amount of instrument teaching provided will be assessed on a student-by-student basis. When assessing the amount of instrument teaching required to achieve the degree's competence goal, the level of instrument competence achieved by the student before the start of studies is taken into account. The demonstration of practical ability completed in the third year is taken into account in the assessment of the main instrument studies in the fourth year.

Student's right to instrument studies:

The student's instrument teaching may be denied if other studies do not proceed as agreed with the teacher tutor / study supervisor and the head. The minimum number of credits for studies completed during the academic year must be 40 cr. Otherwise, the instrument teaching for the next academic year will be considered.

If a student has completed previous university-level instrument studies at the beginning of his or her studies, then the amount of instrument teaching provided will be assessed on a student-by-student basis. When assessing the amount of instrument teaching required to achieve the degree's competence goal, the level of instrument competence achieved by the student before the start of studies is taken into account. The head of the degree program decides the amount of teaching to be given at the beginning of the studies.
