Objective
Purpose of the Course Module
The "Experimental Culture" course module provides an understanding of how a willingness to experiment, courage, and innovation can shape our world. You will gain practical experience with experiments, helping you to critically evaluate results and apply new skills in practice. You learn to apply the theory of creativity and experimentation in practical births and customer projects.
Skills Acquired in the Course Module:
Learning in the Workplace: You can apply an experimental culture to teamwork and leadership. You master the key principles of planning and implementing experiments.
Ethics: You identify ethical issues in different industries and environments and their impacts on the experimental culture. You use ethical reflection to guide your decision-making and experimental activities.
Proactive Development: You critically analyze the results and processes of experiments. You can apply creative problem-solving skills and design-oriented thinking in experiments in your field. You understand the central role of experiments in continuous learning and innovation.
Course Module Objective
You understand the fundamentals and practices of experimental culture essential for creating an innovative environment.
