Objective

Purpose of the Course Module

The goal of the "Agile Team Learning" course module is to develop your fundamental skills in self-directed, team, and community learning. Throughout this module, you'll understand the prerequisites for self-directed learning at a theoretical level and conduct your first practical experiments in team and community learning through real customer projects.

Skills Acquired in the Course Module

Learning to Learn: You'll enhance your skills in learning how to learn, recognizing your strengths and areas for improvement as a learner. You'll learn to reflect on your actions and understand your thinking architecture.

Working in the Workplace: You'll understand how you learn best and how to swiftly develop the competencies needed in the workplace. You'll learn to take responsibility for developing your expertise.

Learning Objectives of the Course Module

You'll identify theories and tools related to self-directed, team, and community learning. You'll learn to plan and take responsibility for your own learning and actions. You'll be able to recognize and develop your ways of thinking and learning. You'll become acquainted with your strengths and areas for improvement in skills. You'll be prepared to set personal learning goals and find concrete ways to achieve them. You'll share your learning in projects and with the team, and you'll learn to reflect on your expertise through writing and dialogue with the team.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

You have sufficient evidence of understanding the theory related to the competency area and are able to apply the theory in practice in the projects and operations of the team enterprise. You understand the significance of different roles in the development of the company and develop the team enterprise in cooperation with others. You are able to create clear plans and set realistic goals from both an operational and skill development perspective. You have set concrete goals for the development of your competency area and have demonstrated the ability to direct your actions according to these goals.

You have implemented projects that reflect the application of competency area theory into practice. The projects demonstrate your ability to apply what you have learned and bring theoretical knowledge into practical action as part of a team. Additionally, you are able to evaluate the achievement of your goals and your learning process through reflections, identifying both your strengths and areas for improvement.
