Objective

Purpose of the Course Module

The "Grow as a Leader" course module equips you with knowledge and skills in leadership and management necessary for roles as a supervisor and leader. It prepares you to lead sustainably and effectively, guiding yourself, others, projects, and a team business. You'll understand what constitutes good leadership.

Skills Acquired in the Course Module

Learning to Learn: Deep and sustainable analysis of current leadership status of yourself, others, and the team. Setting goals, methods, and metrics for successful leadership, monitoring your progress, and learning from successes or failures.

Working in the Workplace: Building leading thoughts for the company and strategies for future-sustainable business. Understanding components of corporate culture and strengthening them as a leader, readying you to lead teams and specialists.

Ethics: Recognizing ethics in your leadership and management culture, building ethically sustainable principles for your leadership work, understanding ethical sustainability in leadership.

Sustainable Development: Using knowledge related to your field for finding, implementing, and establishing sustainable leadership methods.

Proactive Development: Following trends and phenomena cycles as a leader, identifying risks and opportunities in business, utilizing future studies and tools, leading the business strategically and adaptively.

Learning Objectives of the Course Module

You'll comprehensively identify the current state of leadership regarding self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership. Identifying personal motivation factors and adaptability, strengthening your skills as a coaching staff leader and problem solver. Preparing to lead the organization and its culture more strategically. By the end of the module, you'll develop your leadership philosophy, share your expertise within the team, reflect on your leadership skills through writing and dialogue with the team, and take responsibility for your learning and actions.
