Objective
The object of the course
From the consumer and entrepreneur point of view, marketing and competition law is an integral part of everyday activities, and familiarity with public procurement operations is becoming increasingly important, so there is demand for experts in the field.

You are aware of the prohibited means of competition between companies. You are able to describe the procurement procedure applied in public procurements. You recognise the legal question at stake in the court case.

You are familiar with the legislation governing marketing, competition law and public procurement and their general principles. You understand the principle points of law pertaining to consumer protection from the consumer point of view. You understand the principle points of law pertaining to the prohibited means of competition between companies from the companies’ point of view. You are able to describe the procurement procedure applied in public procurements and are familiar with the process of the procurement procedure. You recognise the legal question at stake in the court case.
