Objective
You will have learned a number of different skills and knowledge in the courses. These skills include, for example, development, content production and business. However, you may not yet be able to combine these skills into a whole where you could apply these skills. The answer to this is a customer project.
After the course, you will be able to independently implement a customer-oriented project. In addition to customer service, you have acquired new technical or content production skills and are able to apply it to customers' needs. You will understand the importance of communicating and reporting with the client in a deeper way, and you will be able to organize and facilitate different types of events (eg training).
Content
The key issues are understanding the customer's needs, defining and producing the output of the project, organizing one's own work and the entire customer project, and reporting the output in a way that is appropriate for the project.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of project management, software development and technologies selected together with the customer.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The approved completion of the course requires an independently implemented project together with the client and the perception and documentation of the client's need in a manner agreed with the client. The author(s) produce a project plan and an agreement in which the project is agreed with the client. The student keeps track of the time spent and produces the final report of the project. The results of the projects will be presented in an appropriate way (eg final seminar, video presentation).
