The student can describe the stages of the development of expertise and their importance in the working life of the IT sector. The student can identify his own strengths and development needs as an expert in the IT field and prepare a personal competence development plan for himself. The student can evaluate his own competence and learning critically and reflectively and give and receive feedback. The student knows how to act in accordance with the ethical principles and good practices of the IT industry and takes into account different perspectives and interests.
