Objective
You will learn the basic principles of cloud-based architecture design. You know the cloud models, the actors and the technologies included in them, and what is the difference between the different cloud models. You know how to implement a cloud platform, and you know the essential technologies for it.
EUR-ACE Engineering Practice
The student masters the theoretical aspects of cloud services: concepts, structures, used technical implementation methods and different cloud service models. In addition, the student masters the basics of planning and recognizes the advantages and disadvantages of different service models.
EUR-ACE Knowledge and Understanding
The student is familiar with the major cloud service providers and is able to use their best-known services.
Content
In this course, you will learn the basic principles of cloud-based architecture design and understand different cloud models, providers, and associated technologies. You will be able to distinguish between various cloud models and deploy a cloud platform, understanding the essential technologies involved. You will grasp the concepts, structures, and technical implementations of cloud services and be able to design cloud services by leveraging the advantages and disadvantages of different service models. The course equips you with the skills to use the most well-known services of major cloud providers.
