Objective
You understand the basics of the choice for operating voltage and are able to scale the reference voltages based on the processor requirements. You understand the various presentation formats of analog signals and are able to apply the information when scaling filtering.

Sufficient 1: You know the basic principles in electrical engineering. You are able to carry out simple circuit calculations. You are able to perform measurements of basic electric quantities. You know the structure of basic power supplies. You understand what frequency spectrum of a signal is.
Satisfactory 2: You know the basic laws in electrical engineering. You are able to solve simple electrotechnical problems. You are able to measure basic electric quantities. You understand the principle of scaling basic power supplies. You know what frequency spectrum of a signal is and are able to measure it in the target system.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Good 3: You have the knowledge and understanding of the theory of DC and AC currents and you are able to apply your knowledge to basic current calculations. You understand the principle of the scaling of basic power supplies. You know what frequency spectrum of a signal is and are able to measure it in the target system.
Very good 4: You have the knowledge and understanding of the nature-scientific and mathematical principles of electrical engineering and you are able to apply different methods to electrotechnical problems. You are able to perform the measurements of electric quantities and scaling of power supply. You understand what frequency spectrum of a signal is and understand the problems caused by it in IoT systems.

Excellent 5: You have a strong knowledge and understanding of nature-scientific and mathematical principles of electrical engineering and you are able to picture entities. You are able to able various methods creatively to electrotechnical problems of IoT systems. You are able to perform measurements needed by electric quantities. You are able to scale power supplies. You understand what the frequency spectrum of a signal is and you understand the problems caused by this in IoT systems.
