Objective
You will get acquainted with electrical engineering modeling methods and learn systematic analysis methods for determining the currents and voltages of direct current and alternating current circuits. You are able to carry out practical measurements related to course topics in a laboratory environment. The things learned in this course are key competencies in the field.

You know the main modeling methods of direct current and alternating current circuits. You will be able to use systematic analysis methods to determine the currents and voltages of different parts of direct current and alternating current circuits. You know the AC power calculation and understand the importance of the power factor. You know the series and parallel resonance phenomenon.

In this course, you will explore modeling methods in electrical engineering and learn systematic analysis techniques to determine currents and voltages in different parts of DC and AC circuits. You will perform practical measurements in a laboratory environment, which is essential knowledge in the field. You will master AC power calculations, understand the significance of the power factor, and be familiar with series and parallel resonance phenomena.
