During the course, you will acquire the skills to plan and implement work life development projects. Together with the student team, you apply the knowledge of your professional field, incl. Sustainable development skills and the competence acquired through InnoFlash and Entrepreneurship courses (customer-oriented innovation, design and solution methods, entrepreneurial approach) to diverse development processes in working life.

Opintojakson aikana suunnittelet opiskelijatiimissä työelämän kehitystarpeeseen liittyvän pienimuotoisen projektin. Projektin suunnittelu etenee vaiheittain. Vaiheiden aikana opiskelet itsenäisesti projektitoimintaan liittyvää teoriaa, jaat alakohtaista osaamistasi ja kestävän kehityksen osaamistasi opiskelijatiimissä. Käytät suunnittelutyön eri vaiheissa suunnittelua tukevia työkaluja. Vaiheistetun työskentelyn tuloksena syntyy projektisuunnitelma, jonka esittelet yhdessä opiskelijatiimisi kanssa.
Opintojakson voi tehdä kokonaan yhden lukukauden aikana (suositus) tai sen voi tehdä pitkällä aikavälillä kahden lukukauden aikana, jolloin ensimmäisenä lukukautena tehdään 3 op ja loput 2 op tehdään seuraavan lukukauden aikana.

Ilmoittautuminen aukeaa syyskuun puolessa välissä, jolloin pidetään Kick Off ja projektien esittely. Kick off ilmoitetaan opintojaksolle ilmoittautuneille ja se pidetään verkossa Zoomilla.
Opintojaksosta 3 op tehdään syksyn 2023 aikana ja loput 2 op keväällä syventävien opintojen yhteydessä.

The FF project planning 3 cr part is an independently implemented online course.
Implementation of the FF project, 2 cr is a project implemented in a group.
3 cr FF Project planning:
The course is implemented flexibly as online studies. Studies include independent study and teamwork. The course utilizes digital and interactive tools. The student group agrees on how to implement teamwork. Group guidance supports task performance.
During the course, you plan a small-scale project related to the development needs of working life in the student team. Project planning proceeds in stages. During the stages, you will independently study the theory related to project activities, share your sectoral expertise and your sustainable development expertise in the student team. You use design support tools at different stages of the design work. As a result of the phased work, a project plan is created, which you present together with your student team.
2 cr Project implementation:
Competence assessment is based on portfolio and reflection (incl. Reflection on one's own activities, peer feedback, possible working life and feedback from the supervisor)

You will choose the part of Project planning competence instead of TTC2070 Project Management and Practices 4 cr if you want to act in projects in which you develop digital solutions for working life.
Instead of the part of Implementation of a project in a diverse student group (7 cr), you can complete the courses Concept Lab (5 cr) or FF Ticorporate Demolab 1 (5 cr).
