* can apply development methods of working life to management of change and to innovative development of social and health care services
* can outline strategic goals, objectives and competencies of organization or company and manage in accordance with them
* can apply strategy, financial and knowledge management theories and operating models to enhance quality, productivity and effectiveness of organization or company.

The student
* is able to work in demanding work environments as an independent expert nurse, who bases their decisions on multidisciplinary and evidence based nursing knowledge utilising wide-ranging networks
* can apply, innovate and evaluate cost-effective and efficient nursing methods in their own area of expertise
* masters clinical pharmacology and medical treatment in their own area of expertise
* is capable of developing and renewing clinical nursing practices based on scientific evidence in co-operation with a multidisciplinary team
* can critically assess and apply the values base and principles of professional ethics as an expert and a developer of nursing practice.

The student
* masters the multidisciplinary knowledge base of his or her own area of expertise
* has a broad understanding of the interconnections between functional capacity, agency, participation and the living environment in rehabilitation and counselling
* develops and redesigns rehabilitation methods and processes in dynamic social and health care services by using evidence-based knowledge
* develops effective and client-oriented multiprofessional rehabilitation services by connecting public, private and NGO’s services
* anticipates and follows national and international multidisciplinary development in rehabilitation
* masters the rehabilitation assessment methods and understands the meaning of the impacts and effectiveness of rehabilitation for individuals and society.

The student
* is familiar with the multidisciplinary knowledge base of his or her own area of expertise
* has a broad understanding of the interconnections between functional capacity, social inclusion and the health and well-being of the population
* using evidence obtained on the topics, develops health and well-being in their community or area through acting in cooperation networks
* develops and designs health promotion and wellbeing practices by using evidence-based knowledge
* anticipates and renews activities, methods and processes of health promotion on the levels of the individual, the community and the area while working as an expert or developer in multicultural contexts in the field or as an entrepreneur
* is familiar with planning, management and assessment methods in the promotion of health and well-being, such as the assessment of health and other impacts on the population in their particular field of expertise.
