In the Master’s degree programme in Public Administration with a focus on economics and leadership, you will learn to lead and reform the public sector and public organizations. Through Master School study modules, you will enhance your professional expertise in financial and human resource management, strategic planning, public law regulation, and procurement leadership.
You can integrate your studies with the development of your own work and organization. The programme combines research, current theoretical knowledge, and practical skills to renew working life while strengthening your expertise and leadership capabilities.
Lead the finances of public organizations and understand the key methods, principles, characteristics, and practices of financial management in the public sector. Guide strategic development at the organizational level and from a human resource management perspective.
Recognize the role and importance of strategic leadership as a success factor for public organizations in the future. Develop HR management to enhance organisational competitiveness and sustainability and understand the importance of employee well-being as part of HR leadership.
Apply public law regulations in supervisory roles and understand legal issues related to public procurement, especially from the perspective of municipal and state procurement authorities and contractual operations. Reflect on and renew your own leadership through a dedicated leadership development module, supporting your growth as a leader. Promote and lead your work community and organization ethically and in accordance with the values of sustainable development.
