Objective

The student understands the role of business and service management as part of the company's strategy. The student understands the importance of the energy service strategy and the progress of the service development process. He/she is familiar with the development models and areas of products and services and understands the opportunities they offer. The student is able to launch profitable and customer-oriented development projects and is able to understand large-scale entities and causal relationships between issues. The student knows the importance of asset management and masters the key methods.

The students are familiar with the characteristics, processes and areas of the R&D and service business. The student is familiar with the importance of development and project activities in strategic management.

2 (satisfactory)
The student masters the basic concepts of the topic area. The student is able to assess the level of leadership and process management of the organisation.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

3 (good) You are able to assess the development needs of products and services and you are able to propose service delivery strategies and submit development proposals to them. You recognize their impact on the business.

4 You have extensive control over the concepts of the topic area and are able to critically assess the state of management of the implementation of products and services and to change and develop existing practices. You are able to launch profitable and customer-oriented development projects and are able to understand large-scale entities.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

5 You are be able to develop/define a new business service product that is connected to the level of practical implementation. You are able to apply the processed data base to problem solving. You can demonstrate expertise and extensive knowledge of your own knowledge base.
