Content
The main content of the course includes the legal framework governing client work and service production in welfare areas, purchaser-provider model, good administrative practice and specific legal issues related to client work from both the purchaser's and the producer's perspectives. The rights and equality of the client are also examined, as well as the implementation of legal safeguards from both the client's and the worker's point of view.
